Cidron Romanov Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the laws of Jersey on 24 December 2020 and registered with the Registrar of Companies in Jersey with company registration number 133309. 

Cidron Romanov Limited is a special purpose vehicle indirectly owned by Nordic Capital Fund VIII and Nordic Capital Fund IX. 

The registered office of Cidron Romanov Limited is at 26 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3QA.

Cidron Romanov Limited has issued senior secured floating rate notes due 2026 (“Notes”). The issuance of the Notes is on the terms set out in its prospectus (the “Prospectus”)
